   in america in Texas is extremely cheap…but foreigners aren’t the most welcome this is really racist territory

   Try the USA in the southeastern states and northwest. Also Czech Republic is still a pretty good living with US dollars. I have also heard of some people working, living and retiring in the islands…Good luck and God Bless!
