My friend is a United States citizen and wants to move to South America when he retires but he doesn’t know where. What do you think?
Argentina!! my friends love Argentina, "little Europe". The flight time is kinda long but he’ll love it.
Anyways, i think he should visit before going so he could make his own decision.

belize is where i am retiring to and it is reasonable yet cheaper then the USA . You can get a Belize passport also by shopwing a net worth of $50,000.00. Taxes are cheap and the mean temperature is like 78 degrees year around . Housing is reasonable away from the ocean and the american and english speaking people there actually are quite huge as engklish is a second language . Politically they are stable and the Virgin Islands , aruba , bahamas are just minutes or hours away by plane .

Impossible to answer a question like that.You might as well ask where is the best place in America to get a hamburger.
It would depend on YOUR specific requirements. Your age, finances,what languages you speak,your physical condition,climate you would be comfortable with etc.
