I found out the most Filipinos who migrated to the different countries around the world still prefer to go back to the Philippines. I need your thoughts.

Yes, I’m a Filipino by birth and want to settle back in the Philippines someday or spend half of the year there and the rest here in the US. There’s always the hunger to be back home and enjoy everything that Philippines has to offer from families, friends, food, sights and beaches.

Would like to retire in another country. English speaking country, that likes Americans and Christians. Any ideas?

Well i suggest Belize, Costa Rico, Canada, Thailand, England, Austria.don’t go to France.

Depends on the life style you want.

Panama is probably the best for someone from the USA - great benefits including western style health care, western roads, modern buildings, and the US dollar as the currency of choice. They want retirees and provide quite package of benefits including no tax for 20 years on any new house. Only two hours from Miami. Markedly lower costs so you can live a much wealthier lifestyle on less income.

Preferably where they know some English.

The Philippines is my first choice, but there are better benefits living in Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico compared to the Philippines. Panama welcomes Americans and they even use the dollar there as their currency, and you can buy land and have medical services that are very affrodable too. That’s the disadvantage of the Philippines; less rights for foreigners. Most edcuated people all over the world now speak English.
